Muar Cathay Industries Sdn Bhd is dedicated to pioneering excellence in highway guardrails in Malaysia. Founded fifty years ago by Mr. Sim Thiam Huat, MCi has played a key role in Malaysia’s development, contributing to iconic projects like KLIA in 1997, the Twin Towers, and Berjaya Times Square in 1998. In 2009, we completed our first guardrail project on the Senai-Desaru Expressway in Johor and later upgraded 600 kilometers of guardrails along the PLUS highway from Johor to Penang. Through innovation and commitment to quality, we strive to be the trusted guardians of road safety, ensuring every journey is secure and protected.
